Foundation for the Third Millennium - Sponsorship Criteria
The foundation promotes:- its own activities and projects.
- larger, more extensive projects in cooperation with competent partners.
- projects that emphasize helping people help themselves, especially if these projects include significant proportions of education and practical training and show promise of becoming self-supporting.
- projects that go beyond problem-solving to deal with the problem's root cause(s) and to implement preventive measures.
- projects that demonstrate sustainability, which is to say, projects that include environmental, economic and social responsibility and give equal and concurrent attention to each of these three areas.
- consciousness education which enables people to recognize the complex interconnections of our society and which offers approaches that enable every human being on the planet to build a meaningful and fulfilled life for him- or herself.
- individual scholarships or grants can only be given in exceptional circumstances and in compliance with the foundation's sponsorship criteria.
- media-projects (books, exhibitions, internet..) only, if the expected results are defined clearly and made measurable in the application form. A report is a mandatory part of the project and the Foundation will keep 10% of the approved funds back until this performance report has been reviewed.
The foundation does not support:
- external conferences or meetings
- infrastructure
- projects that exclusively benefit a particular social, political, ethnic or religious group
- teaching material
- research projects

application form to our office, Gotthardstrasse 43, CH-8022 Zürich, Switzerland. Incomlete forms and/or use of an other address can delay your application. Thank you.
