Precision Mechanic, BS in Electrical Engineering in Switzerland, MS in Nuclear Engineering and PhD in Nuclear Instrumentation at Stanford University, California. Various courses in Management and Technology.

Sustainability, renewable energies, management, environmental issues, consciousness development, dialogue, group dynamics and spirituality.
Activities:
Leading positions in various internationally active hi-tech companies. Served over 20 years in various commissions for the Swiss federal government concerned with technology and energy issues. Retired.
Co-founder - together with his wife Ann C. Zulliger - of the Stiftung Drittes Millennium (Foundation for the Third Millennium) and the discussion group for dialogue and consciousness development Neues Denken (New Thinking). Member of the board of Beyond War, e.V., Germany.
Member of the Investment Council of the Sustainable Asset Management (SAM) Private Equity Group since 2001.
Active in the International Advisory Board of the Alliance for Global Sustainability for the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ).
Lecturer on sustainability and consciousness development.
Awards:
Honorary Doctorate from the University of Neuenburg (Switzerland) in Natural Science for his work promoting technology research in Switzerland, for his entrepreneurial achievements und his personal contributions to the development of the Natural Sciences and humankind.
